Graduate Programme
The TFG graduate trainee programme is a reputable graduate leadership development programme which is aimed at high calibre graduates who are identified as potential future leaders of the organisation. The programme is designed to offer graduates the business exposure, experience and various training interventions needed to support them in realising true potential and the opportunity for a career in a retail.
Internships
TFG offers internships to post grad students who are eager to join the robust and ever changing, working world of retail. Practical work experience and exposure to the field of choice is offered to those newly graduated students thinking of pursuing a career with TFG.
Learnerships
TFG supports the skills gap within the retail industry through a learning programme aimed at offering an NQF registered and recognised qualification.
